Jedi Training: Week 2 – Solo Sprints

January 8th

Jedi training,
week two begins.
And this where physical activity
begins to kick in.

On day one:
Solo Shuffle
and
Sprints.

Jog in place
for three minutes
then take a one-minute
stretch break.

Shuttle run
six times
however long
it takes.

A minute break in between,
then end with
a warp-speed run
as far as you can go.

Do this exercise
to build up
your lung muscles
don’t cha know?
