Training your Emotions.

When somebody is on fire, they
stop
drop
and roll.

When you are on emotional fire,
stop
drop
and breathe.

Take a deep breath in,
blow negativity out.
Take a deep breath in,
imagine peace all about.

Even better yet,
before you go into a fray,
stop, drop, and breathe,
and visualize winning the day!
