Training your Emotions.
Which can wave
and rage and storm,
or be as calm as the doldrums
in an ocean.
Which some believe
should, or should not be tamed,
yet that is how peace of mind
is to be claimed.
So how does one calm
what seems so wild and free?
It takes setting boundaries,
the mark of a dividing line, you see?
Physical boundaries of personal space,
Emotional boundaries, responsibility to self and others
can create peace of mind
when we start blaming each other.
