Training your Emotions.

Another tip
for managing emotions
is to change
their vibrations.

When you’re feeling sad,
don’t listen to the blues
find some other music
that will put you in a happy mood.

Or take a hot shower
when you’re feeling stressed.
or cuddle with someone
when you’re feeling depressed.

Emotions are there
to tell you what’s wrong,
but the goal
is to get them back into balance ere long.
