Week Six Day Three
of Jedi Training Begins.
This week’s focus?
Establishing Goals.

Now that you’ve got a goal,
that will lead you towards success,
it is time to figure out how you know
the quality of your progress.

In terms of physical fitness,
it may be logging
how many
you can do.

When it comes to emotions
keep a log on how often
you can stay calm
through and through.

And so, my Jedi,
what’s your goal today?
And how will you watch it
to make sure you’re still on your way?
