Jedi Training – Gut Health

February 9th

Week Six Day Five
of Jedi Training Begins.
This week’s focus?
Establishing Goals.

One thing that I have learned,
that helps me stay on track,
is that if my gut is not healthy,
I have a mental brain-fart attack.

There are live bacteria and yeasts
that are good for your health.
Eat some probiotics
to care for your gut health.

In addition to that,
eat fruit and veggies when you can
and drink lots of water
six to eight glasses is the plan.

When my gut is healthy,
I am in total control,
which helps keep me focused
on all of my goals.
