Jedi Training – Sleep

 

February 9th

Week Six Day Five
of Jedi Training Begins.
This week’s focus?
Establishing Goals.

And goals can not be established
if the mind begins to wander,
if the body begins to shut down,
and so there is another thing I’ve found…

Sleep,
yes,
getting rest
helps me stay on target.

A clear mind,
a body restored,
always helps me
get started.

And in the morning, good as new,
I can work on my goals once more.
And knowledge that I’m getting there,
makes me feel good, down to my soul’s core.
